🚀 HIRING: Lead Autonomous AI Red Teamer / Agentic Security Engineer

We’re looking for a visionary, future-proof AI Red Teamer to build, train, and orchestrate autonomous offensive security agents — merging advanced ML with elite pentesting frameworks to engineer human-like learning loops, uncover novel zero-days, and dominate competitive CTF events.

🔹 Role Overview
• Build autonomous agentic penetration testers using Agentic AI, Model Context Protocols (MCPs), and modern dev platforms
• Integrate long-term memory & RAG pipelines to refine attack vectors and mimic human cognitive learning loops
• Orchestrate automated end-to-end workflows via low-code/API platforms like n8n
• Train / fine-tune AI models with custom datasets
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Autonomous Tool Orchestration — train ML policies for agents to execute, chain, and auto-correct offensive security utilities dynamically
• Cognitive Optimization — implement RAG and memory layers so AI retains historical attack outcomes, optimizing future workflows
• Zero-Day & CTF Research — push model boundaries to autonomously uncover high-severity 0-days and achieve top standings in global CTF hackathons
• Reporting & Cron Automation — automate vulnerability report generation and schedule routine execution loops via cron jobs / persistent daemons
🔹 Qualifications & Skills
✅ Proven expertise in offensive security, exploit development & traditional pentesting
✅ Deep hands-on proficiency with Agentic AI frameworks, MCP implementations & RAG memory architectures
✅ Experience connecting automation engines (e.g., n8n) with custom security tools and LLM agents
✅ Strong background in competitive CTF hacking or vulnerability research / zero-day discovery
✅ Mastery of Python, adversarial ML, and modern LLM orchestration environments
