Email header checker

Check address and subject fields for format mistakes and header-injection characters. This page does not send email, contact a mail server, or save the values.

The previous public mail sender used a hard-coded password and accepted arbitrary sender, recipient, and header values. This route now provides an offline check and cannot send mail.
